These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our WordPress plugins (Flexi Contact, Comment to Content), Chrome extensions (Amazon Listing Intelligence, AliExpress Listing Intelligence, Stay Wise, YouTube Video Intelligence), and the related website and backend services (the “Service”), provided by Fluxum. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service includes WordPress plugins: Flexi Contact (contact form builder with shortcode, optional Pro AI); Comment to Content (turn comments into FAQs and content, optional Pro). It also includes Chrome extensions: Amazon Listing Intelligence, AliExpress Listing Intelligence, Stay Wise, YouTube Video Intelligence. Each product may be used free or with a paid Pro upgrade. The same backend and this website support all of them.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the paid Pro features. Use of the free extension may be subject to local laws.
Pro is a recurring subscription for each extension (as shown at checkout) through our payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fee until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via the extension or our checkout/management page; cancellation takes effect as described in our Refund Policy. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may change with notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or abuse Amazon’s or our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or non-payment.
The Service, including the extension, website, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Service for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms. You do not acquire any ownership rights.
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Analysis and suggestions are for informational use only and do not constitute professional or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the extension or your email.
