Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Fluxum (“we”, “our”) handles information in connection with our WordPress plugins (Flexi Contact, Comment to Content), Chrome extensions (Amazon Listing Intelligence, AliExpress Listing Intelligence, Stay Wise, YouTube Video Intelligence), and the services that support them (the “Service”).

1. Who we are

Fluxum provides the Service, which supports WordPress plugins (Flexi Contact — contact form builder; Comment to Content — turn comments into FAQs and content) and Chrome extensions (Amazon Listing Intelligence, AliExpress Listing Intelligence, Stay Wise, YouTube Video Intelligence). Each product can be used in a free mode or an optional paid “Pro” mode. The backend that powers Pro (license check, login, payments, AI where applicable) is what we refer to below when we talk about data we “collect” or “process.”

2. Information we collect and use

• Email address – When you sign in to Pro (OTP) or use checkout, we receive your email. We use it to send you a one-time login code, to link your account to a Pro subscription, and to check your license. We do not use your email for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that.
• Subscription and payment data – If you subscribe to Pro, our payment provider (Paddle) processes the payment. We receive and store your email and subscription status (e.g. active/canceled) so we can grant or revoke Pro access. We do not store full payment card details; those are handled by Paddle.
• Listing data used for AI – If you use the “Get AI suggestions” Pro feature, the extension sends data about the current product page (e.g. title, bullet points, keywords, score, opportunities) to our servers. We forward this to our AI provider (Groq) to generate suggestions. We do not use this data to build profiles or for advertising.
• Technical and usage data – Our server may log requests (e.g. IP, time, path) for operation and security. We do not link these logs to your email or identity beyond what is needed to prevent abuse (e.g. rate limiting).

3. What we do not collect

The extension does not collect or send us the full text of Amazon pages beyond what you explicitly trigger for AI suggestions. We do not track which specific products you view, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. How we store and retain data

Subscription status (email and active/canceled state) is stored on our servers for as long as your account or subscription exists and as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. OTP codes are temporary and discarded after use or expiry. Request logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and operation.

5. Third parties

We rely on the following in order to run the Service:

• Paddle – Payment and subscription management. Their privacy policy applies to payment data: paddle.com/legal/privacy.
• Email (SMTP) provider – To send OTP and transactional emails. We use a provider that processes emails on our behalf under our instructions.
• Groq – To generate AI suggestions when you use that feature. Listing-related text you send for suggestions is processed by Groq according to their terms and privacy policy.

We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.

6. Your rights and choices

You can stop using the extension at any time. If you have a Pro account and want your data removed, contact us (see below). We will delete or anonymize your email and subscription record where feasible, subject to legal or operational requirements (e.g. tax records). You can also unsubscribe from Pro via the extension or our checkout/management flow; that stops further billing and we will update your status accordingly.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (e.g. HTTPS, secure storage of tokens and secrets) to protect the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we strive to reduce risk to a reasonable level.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have received such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy. For material changes, we may notify you via the extension or your email if we have it.
