1. Refund policy

Fluxum offers refunds for Pro subscriptions (Flexi Contact, Comment to Content, Amazon Listing Intelligence, AliExpress Listing Intelligence, Stay Wise, YouTube Video Intelligence). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. This applies to Pro subscriptions purchased through our payment provider, Paddle.

2. Refund process

To request a refund for your subscription, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will process your refund request and issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the extension (Unsubscribe button with confirmation) or via our checkout/management page. Cancellation takes effect immediately: your subscription is canceled with our payment provider and your access to Pro features is removed. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
